SUMMARY:Vilas Outing
DESCRIPTION:The annual Vilas County Muskie 2-day Outing will be held Friday
 \, October 10th and Saturday\, October 11th\, 2025.  This is a friendly o
 uting for CCMI members\, family and friends.  You do not have to be a CCM
 I member to participate.\n\nClick Here for the Vilas Outing Signup Form\n\
 nAll participants must submit a waiver of liability form in order to parti
 cipate in the outing.  Please print out the waiver of liability form at t
 he CCMI website and submit it to Dale Anderson with your outing and/or ban
 quet fee payment.  \n\nFollowing is a link to the form:  Muskies Inc Rel
 ease of Liability Form\n\nThe outing banquet will be held at the Rustic Ro
 adhaus\, located at 5194 S\, US Hwy 51\, Manitowish Waters. There will be 
 “fish stories” at the bar (cash bar) at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served a
 round 7:00 p.m. Awards\, Door Prizes and Raffles after the dinner.  Folks
  may attend the dinner and not participate in the outing.  For additional
  information on the Rustic Roadhaus\, including directions/location\, visi
 t their website at rusticroadhaus.com.\n\nThe dinner will be a choice of 3
  entrees:\n\n 	Prime Rib (Queen Cut) with Baked Potato\n 	Grilled Shrimp A
 lfredo over Pasta\n 	BBQ Ribs with Baked Potato\n\nAll entrees include a s
 ide salad\, bread\, and dessert!  The cost of the banquet is $33 per pers
 on inclusive of gratuity.\nTOTAL COST:\n\n 	If only participating in the O
 uting: $7.00 per person\n 	 If only attending the Banquet: $33.00 per pers
 on\n 	 If participating in both the Outing and Banquet: $40.00 per person\
 n\nCONTEST RULES:\n\n 	Muskies caught from 7:00 a.m. Friday\, October 10th
 \, to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday\, October 11th\, will be eligible for awards!\
 n 	There is no sign in.\n 	Report all muskies caught by 6:30 p.m. on Satur
 day\, October 11th\, to Dale Anderson at the Rustic Roadhaus.\n 	To be eli
 gible for an award\, a witness is required (an outing participant for all 
 entries) AND your outing fee must be received prior to the start of the ou
 ting (prior to October 10th).\n 	Photographs of fish caught are requested 
 (Digital or Polaroid).\n 	This is a Catch and Release contest only!  Arti
 ficial baits and Quick Set sucker rigs are allowed – no swallow hooks fo
 r suckers!\n 	Participants must comply with all WDNR regulations.  \n 	Ga
 s motor trolling is allowed during this outing.\n 	Only muskies that are 3
 0 inches or longer are eligible for an award\, except for the “smallest
 ” muskie category!  Measure fish to the quarter-inch to help in a tie-b
 reaker situation.\n 	Eligible waters are any body of water located within 
 Vilas County\, Wisconsin.\n\nWinners may only win in one category!  Walnu
 t Plaques will be given for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd place:\n\n 	Largest muskie b
 y length in inches\n 	Second largest muskie by length in inches\n 	Third l
 argest muskie by length in inches\n 	Smallest muskie by length in inches-g
 ets a Muskie Base trophy\n\nWe will need all sign-up sheets and money no l
