We have read and understand the rules of this tournament.

We allow Capital City Muskies Inc to use any pictures of us for use on social media, their website, and/or future promotion of events.

We are aware of the inherent risk associated with fishing and boating, including but not limited to the risks of collisions with other boats or stationary objects in and around the lake, including rocks, reefs or piers or other vehicles and trailers at the landing areas. We are familiar with other risks up to and including death by drowning associated with rough weather, changing weather patterns, heavy winds and lightning storms. We expressly assume all risks associated with this tournament and we hereby release Muskies Inc., Capital City Chapter of Muskies Inc., the host, sponsors, and tournament officials from all claims of negligence resulting from injury and/or property damage incurred in connection with the tournament.
